Dholera Smart City is India's first Greenfield smart city being developed in Gujarat as part of the prestigious Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). Planned with global standards of infrastructure, sustainability, and technology, Dholera is designed to become a leading destination for manufacturing, innovation, business, and modern urban living.
Spread across 920 sq. km., the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is being developed by Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), a joint initiative of the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat. The vision is to create a world-class economic hub with seamless connectivity and future-ready infrastructure.
The ABCD Building serves as the administrative and business headquarters of Dholera Smart City. It functions as the central command for planning, governance, and project execution while representing the city's commitment to smart and sustainable development.

A modern 50 MLD Water Treatment Plant has been developed with expansion capacity up to 150 MLD. The city is supported by an advanced piped water distribution system and elevated storage reservoirs to ensure uninterrupted water supply.
To promote environmentally responsible industrial growth, Dholera has established a Common Effluent Treatment Plant with an initial capacity of 20 MLD, scalable up to 60 MLD for future demand.
The Sewage Treatment Plant begins with a 10 MLD capacity and can be expanded to 30 MLD. Treated water is recycled for non-potable applications, supporting efficient and sustainable water management across the city.
Dholera's Activation Area is equipped with SCADA-enabled power systems and dual-source electricity redundancy. With scalable distribution reaching up to 1500 MVA, the city is prepared for large-scale industrial and residential expansion.
The 6.5 km Canal Front combines smart storm water management with premium urban recreation. Green landscapes, walkways, and public activity zones create an attractive waterfront destination for residents and visitors alike.
A state-of-the-art hospital is planned with emergency services, ICU facilities, OPD, and specialized healthcare departments to provide quality medical care within Dholera Smart City.
An advanced educational campus offering CBSE and IB curriculum will feature smart classrooms, science laboratories, libraries, sports infrastructure, and higher secondary education facilities.
